if it is safe to say that All the canadians haven't responded yet, then it would be just as safe to say All the Americans haven't repsonded yet.

nothings wrong with that, but while he's at it, he might as well just add a few more categories so that we can know where the rest of the ppl on the board are from too. You get the same results, but your not limiting it to a selected portion of the members.....i dunno....just my 2 cents
|
I would agree if the subject line asked "Where are you from?" but instead asked for specific nationalities. Plus, think of how many countries you'd have to list - I mean, just putting Europe is too ambiguous, but listing every European country?

Correct me if I'm wrong but Americans should make upa higher percentage of the site given that it is an American based site as well as in English.

I think everyone here would agree that this is not an American site. It is a site for everyone hence the whole traveling spirit. English is a very universally spoken language

I meant it is "based" in LA. or somewhere on the west coast as someone told me earlier. Just like McDonald's is world-Wide it is still American Based

no It was a joke... everytime I have made a poll someone has said that it was an inaccurate poll (it's an internet poll on a forum of course it's not accurate) due to the fact that I did no include a certain choice for every possible senario. So I took it upon myself to bann myself.

I was gonna put a "other" section! I swear! But then I was like...how arrogant of me to be putting everything other than Canadian or American in a broad "other" section. So I started listing countries... but then I was like... wait... the title of this poll is Canadian or American, so I wouldn't make sense to list too many other countries.
So in consideration, I only put Canadian or Americans. =) Not being Continent-o-centric or anything.
And French Canadians are still Canadians!
And yeah, I am surprsied, i thought there were more Canadians here.
