I'm going to mexico on the 8th of feb from england and wandering if anyone had any thoughts, tips advice or stories !
What do I NEED to take I seem to have so much stuff.

Or drink only bottled water, beer, or soda. Don't touch the tap water. The myth of Montezuma's Revenge is NOT a myth!!
Also, if you're in any areas where there are tons of kids selling chicle, don't buy any.. if you buy one from one kid, you'll end up having to buy from all of 'em!

guard you valuables safe, do not trust cops theyrre very corrupt.
do not eat from roadside stands if they look wierd, my brother very sick one time.
try the tequila woith the worm, its good
eat chorizo
bring alot of sunscreen and bug repellent
watch out for federales
have fun and livie it up

You know I always eat from the road-side grill things. I actually trust them over the tourist restaurants.

^It's true man. I think you build up an immunity so all these street vendors. I was in Malaysia for a couple of weeks and ate steam boats galore, no problems!

As a side note, street vendors are a good way to meet locals. The most crowded one is possibly the best one. (as long as the crowd is locals and tourists). They will also be much cheaper than restaurants also.

If you have a chance get out to the eastern side of Mexico and check out the Mayan sites and the rainforest.
