Help me with my route!

Hey all, I am in the very beginning of planning my trip. I was wondering if anyone could come up wit a logical way to include all these destinations:
France- Paris, Lyon / Nice
Germany- Berlin, Cologne, Munich
Italy- Rome, Venice, Naples, Cinque Terre
Netherlands- Amsterdam
Finland

I think I've already worked out my route to Finland- Take a flight from Berlin to Tallin, Estonia. From there hop a ferry to Helsinki.

Also, I would appreciate your suggestions for smaller / off the beaten trail!

If only for a day check out Heidelberg in Germany. It is right on the route between Cologne and Munich. It has a wonderful castle their that I believe dates back to the 1500's. It sits high upon the river and looks down on the town. Well worth the climb for the view.

Here is what I'd do:
- Fly to Rome and do Italy first
- travel north from there along the coast and get to France
- Nice, Lyon and Paris in that order
- Netherlands next
- then Germany
- and finally Finland
You can either fly home from there or you may want to check out if a round trip ticket from Rome would come out cheaper (sometimes round trip fares come out less then two one way tickets). You may be able to find a cheap flight from Finland to Italy using one of the discount european airlines - that may be cheaper then taking a train (not to mention faster)
