The best (imo) chocolatier, Valor, in Spain has a location just outside of the Puerta de Sol.

Me too! I need to figure out how to do it myself. Mexican churros with the cinnamon and sugar just aren't the same. There is a restaurant called Spain in my hometown across from where I work but when I order that I always have to specify Churros Espanol.
