I found that BBC something really nice for learning the basics of general conversation. "hi how are ya." "I need the bathroom" Really great for travellers and I'm finding it a great compliment to my french class. (which work has gractiously offered to pay for, 'cept they own my soul for another 6 months after it finishes. :S)

Thanks...an old boss suggested this to me a couple years ago. He had used it to learn conversational German.

Hey that's really cool! It's a really good way to learn, I already started with the Spanish lessons...although I can't say my progress is all that fast!
I'm thinking of heading down to South America sometime this year so I need to practice up! I was just wondering if anyone knows of a good site where I can look for Spanish schools or better yet a good recommendation for a Spanish school?
cheers!

Phenomenal! Don't know why I didn't check them in the first place. Even as an American I realize that the BBC website is just about the b est all around site online.
