Hiya from Oregon!
I just joined TPunk last week and thought it was time to introduce myself.
I'm from and currently living in Portland, Oregon. As most people on this forum, I'm addicted to travelling.
My love for travelling started when I was 14 and my soccer team went to Europe to play in 3 tournaments. I was hooked, so in college, I studied abroad in Denmark and had a chance to travel all around Europe.
Last year, after finishing college, I lived and worked outside of Tokyo as an English teacher. I had one of the best years of my life, I loved almost everyday of it. After finishing in Japan, I took off for another short trip through Thailand, Cambodia, S. Korea, Australia, NZ and Fiji!
Now I'm in the process of planning a short trip to NYC/DC and then I'll be off to Central America (Guatamala, most likely) to study Spanish for a while. All credit for this trip can be given to my current internship which didn't pan out into a full time job as originally expected...
You only live once, so I'm making the most of it!
