Hello Budapest!
GOODBYE WILMINGTON!
YES! I GOT THE SCHOLARSHIP! 
I depart the US on December 28 and arrive in Istanbul where I will spend NYE! Then I'll go up thru Bulgaria and either Serbia or Romania and arrive in Budapest in mid to late January! Woohoo  Class runs from Feb 2 to late May!
