whats going on ya'll
just wanted to give a quick introduction to the site sence i'm the F.N.G..
names Ted im 25 living in Austin Tx and slowly finishing up college down at Texas State in San Marcos. I've been a traveler since i was born due to the fact that my dad was a pilot and my mom a flight attendent. so as you can imagine I got to go to lots of places for free. done alot of camping (fav is yellowstone and the tetons) and have gone snow skiing at least once a year since i was 3 (my parents were big time ski bums befor i was born). i try and get out there as much as possible even if its just a road trip on the weekend and its in state, from where i live it takes more than the weekend just to leave by car. but the main event comes next year in the form of 2 or 3 month tour of europe with my best friend of 23 yrs, hes the one who showed me the site. any way i've already gotten tons of useful information and every one seems to be in to the same stuff i'm in to so i said hay can't hurt to try.

Allright, I'll put in my two cents here. I'm the friend he spoke of, and everything he said is a lie No really, we have been going on travels together for some time (as well as seperate) and I know everyone says travel alone (which is great), but travelling with your best bud of 23 years is good too. Dont ever have to worry about hurt feelings or power plays. Anyhoo, I'm glad I found this site cause it seems real neato
