Oh dear, after reading some of the messages and seeing how many people are on this forum I'm wondering if there's any room for a little wee canadian girl!
Anyway, my name is Jackie and like many of you I have also caught that blasted travel bug and can't see to get ride of it! My "infection" began 5 years when I took off to New Zealand and Australia for a year, then it "spread" when about 2 years ago when I took off for Switzerland and to travel Europe for a year and a half! Okay enough with the stupid metaphors I don't want you guys to think I'm crazy!
I'm already missing travelling and all the wonderful people you meet along the way so I thought I'd "travel vicariously on-line" for awhile until I take off again!
Talk to you soon

cheers!

Of coarse their is room Jackie all though you do lose points for being from Canadia Just kidding... I really know how you feel I have only been back from EU for about 6 months and probably not even that long but I am already trying to figure way to get out and travel again.

Welcome to travel punk and we look foward to hearing stories and advice from you.

PS post some pics in the Gallery if you want.

Thank you guys all for the warm welcome! (Although I can't believe I lost points from a yankee! ) Okay so here goes all the famous travel questions that I'm sure you've heard a million times!...
So where did you travel in Europe?
For how long?
What was your favourite?
There are alot more but I'll leave it at that for now!

In Europe I made it to: Switzerland, Spain, France, Italy, Belgium, Holland, Germany, England, Austria, Liechteinstein( can someone help me with the spelling?!) Slovenia, Croatia, Prague (oie, can't spell that country either!) Hungary and last but not least Poland! Because I mainly travelled the weekends I didn't have much time to get out of the big cities and see all the cute little wee towns I would have liked to but I still had a wonderful time and would do it again in a heart-beat!
Are there any places in particular you'd like to see some pictures of? I turn a bit japanese when I travel and take tons of pic's so it might help me out if you'd give me a starting point!

I look forward to seeing some of your pic's as well!
cheers
