hey everyone, I'm obviously new to the site. I'm interested in going to Europe for Oktoberfest in Munich this year or next and possibly going to paris and maybe Vienna too. I've never been out of the US save for a cruise to Cozumel and a week in Puerto Rico (but I'm not sure that counts), so I'm pretty excited about the trip. There's a good chance that I'll get someone to go with me, but I have no problems going alone if I can't find someone.
Basic info - I'm 25, graduated 2.5 years ago and live in St. Louis.

Hi Wayner ! Oh yes, everything outside your home counts !
Have a good look around, you'll find plenty of infos to prepare your first time on the Old Continent. And don't hesitate to post your questions, even the ones you feel are... dumb. We've all been first timers, we do understand. «-- welcome to travelpunk ! </span>

I have a stupid newbie question about the board. Is the reason that I can't post in the members area because I don't have enough posts? I'm registered and I thought it said all you have to do is regsiter.
