Hi T-Punk!

It's been... umm... well at least a year since I was on. I decided to check in and see how many names I could still recognize... there are a few.

I came back from my big adventure and got a job... but office life is NOT for your truly. So I went out and got myself hired by a Californian Police department. It's off to the police academy in January!

Ah, how I miss the days of flirting via internet with our lovely T-Punk ladies...

But perhaps you dig a guy in uniform?

With handcuffs?

I'm sure I... maybe... logged in... Or... You know... *thought* about logging in...

OK, you got me. I stink.

I came back and got back into my martial arts training, entered the hiring process with the FBI and the PD (still in the process with the FBI at the moment). Keeping up with TP is hard work!

But now I can do this thing.

Ermm... No. Which means I either suck, or... you joined the 5th of October 2005. Or both. Could be both.

Didn't you rent a car and drive all around Europe auditioning, when you could, for opera work?

How did that work out? Meet any special someones out there ?

Yes. I did that. I actually did get some work from it, and have been back since, but nothing compelling enough (read: well-paid enough) to keep me there long term. On to other adventures!

The leasing the car and driving wherever the hell I wanted was a damn good idea, though. Saw things you could never see on a bus or a train. A little expensive, but worth it.

On the topic of special someones, though... not really. I *did* get into a fistfight in a Paris strip club, does that count? Good story.

Well if it ain't the object of my flirting her bad self.

Was planning on being at the running of the bulls, but that fell through when I got some work. Ah well, I guess I'll make it up to T-Punks when I am able to fix tickets.

I am PSYCHED to get to the academy. It's an amazing job where I already know a bunch of guys (I dated an LT's daughter in high school!), it's where my family lives, and I miss the little ones.

Plus, my sisters are approaching being teenagers at breakneck speed and it is therefore crucial that I be armed ASAP.

Wow, look at this outpouring of affection! If I had known it worked this way I would have invested in restraints YEARS ago.

Re: Teenage sisters -- there's nothing like a good ol' fashioned ass-whoopin' to show the boys "No means no." When I was dating the cop's daughter, his son was also a patrolman, and he just looooved to pull us over and hassle us. Mortifying at the time but now I think I get it.
