Hi everyone,

Everybody send positive thoughts and prayers this way. Jenny's Mom went into the hospital Monday with a heart rate of 32 beats a minute. They installed a pacemaker right away. Now, they've found she has major blockage in her arteries, and may need more surgery...

Mom is scheduled for open-heart bypass surgery in the morning. She's in great hands and we are all very hopeful that all will go well. We'll know more tomorrow.

Thank you to all my friends around the world. We just saw the doctor and mom's surgery went well. I showed her everyone's posts this morning before she went in telling her that she had people around the world pulling for her. We still have to wait 24 hours to see if there are complications from the surgery but the doctor is hopeful.

I've said it before & I'll say it again...TPunks are the BEST!

I am very glad the surgery went well! I know how stressful it can be to have your mom in the hospital waiting to make sure they are ok. Good luck, I hope she recovers well

Just a quick update...
The surgery went well, but the recovery is not going as smoothly as we'd hoped. Mom's had a couple small set-backs and is now back on the ventilator. The docs are just concerned that she's not breathing as well as she should...yet. We're hoping she'll be able to come off of it again tomorrow and hopefully will, by then, have enough strength to move around a little bit.

Keep those prayers and positive thoughts coming please. She can use all the help we can give her.

I'm happy to say that Mom is doing much better. She came out of it yesterday and is moving forward at an amazing speed. She's back off the vent and is now without any IVs. She's been up and walking and is eating real food too!

She still has a very long way to go, but she's finally starting to get back in the groove.

I'm going to keep saying it...Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and prayers!
