That's a good point. Us 'real' East coasters do not want to be tainted by association with those heathen, mid-atlantic plebes.

Eh, the lobstah you can do without, thanks. The Baltimoron in me prefers crab to "poor people food!" :D Or at least that's what my Maine-born grandmother used to call it!
Besides, the going rate for crab by the bushel is FAR more than lobstah by the pound. Start shipping me gallons of good clam chowdah and bushels of oysters and then we can talk...
