Hostel Help Greece - TravelPUNK Backpacker College Student Budget Travel Message Boards!

I am making two trips...one in November and coming back for Christmas then on the 30th of December heading back to Europe. After a great New Years eve in London I am making my way down through eastern Europe eventually hitting Greece (hitting low season) but I cannot find any hostels on any of the islands other than Corfu that stay open year round. Does anyone know of a hostel on Paros or Crete that may be open in Jan/Feb?
