Alright, I know that at least some of you have been to Paris and Rome.

Where did you stay? And did you like it?

I need someplace that's affordable and not in the boonies. Preferably as close to all the things that a traveler/tourist would want to be close to.

Any suggestions?

Eh, I've been to all of those. I'd much rather some personal advice from you guys who may have already been. Know what I mean?

I stayed at Hostel Eden in Rome, and it was great. It's right across the street from the Termini Station, so the location is perfect.

They've just opened it recently, and the staff is really kind. Eden (the girl who owns the hostel) was wonderful and, when she learned that I had studied Italian in Madison, refused to speak English to me. Her fiancee's English is a little rough, so he offered us beer while we paid upon arriving. Not too bad at all.

It's a small hostel, probably only about 15 beds, but it's one of those places where you know EVERYONE. I reccommend it highly, and you can find it here .

Have a GREAT trip!

Thanks Ecky! That hostel in Rome sounds perfect!

And Three Ducks looks great too. But it says there's no availability.

Back to the search!
