Cheap dorms in HCMC

I'm looking for dormitory accomodation in HCMC. I prefer a central location close to the ESL centers. I plan to school hop and look for a job upon arrival. What's a cheap dorm ($2-5/night) in HCMC?

Note:
I'd be willing to pay a bit more if simple breakfast and broadband internet was included in the price.
