In a few weeks I will be traveling to Eastern Europe and I need some assistance. I am trying to get a list together of hostels that are known for being really wild. Mainly hostels that there are always loud people up partying, no curfews, etc. The price and the quality of the room is of little importance. My tentative itinerary is as follows:

Zagreb
Sarajevo
Belgrade
Bratislava
Budapest
Prague

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It will be more down to luck than judgement, it just depends who else is in the same dorm room as you at the time. Most hostels in eastern europe have no curfew anyway.

For a good night out in Sarajevo, go to the Mezza Food Club for a decent meal with cheap beer (make sure you ask for a large beer though), it's next to the National Theatre, which is on the riverfront. After that, go to "The Bar" and then "The Club" located near the end of Snipers Alley (the end nearest the train station). Just ask people for directions, most people will have heard of the The Bar and The Club.
