Well made it to McLays....and I have to say it was real nice especially for the price!!! And it is close to the local sceen. I had a single w/bath and I couldn't have been happier.

The only issue....I was delayed one day and sent an e-mail to them saying I would not be there for the 1st night, but wanted my 2nd night to stay in place. Well when I got there, they stated that I was suppose to call Hostelworld direct to cancell and I was to be charged 2 nights.....whatever....but the next day I said (after looking over my documents) that my info said to contact the hotel directly...I restated my issue, noting the e-mail that i sent ......which the front desk staff then said..well we never got that e-mail...so I said well now you have changed your answer from yesterday

.....I know they got it ..please.......but whatever they will have to deal with the return neg karma not me.

Besides that mess.....i would stay there again...great price and value and secure!!! I guess next time I cxll...i'll call instead of e-mail

Glad to hear that it was a nice place and that it was cheap B) Two things that rerely coexist

As far as your dispute about the booking, submit your info on this form being as detailed as you can.
They´re pretty good at resolving booking problems.
