I am renting a guestroom (monthly) in my cozy apartment from now until mid or end of April (slightly flexible on dates). Normally I run a little pseudo budget B&B in the summer season, but I really need to return home (Canada) for a few months... so I would like to have someone in the place during the time while I am gone, as the apartment would be empty (the renter would have the place to themself for the majority of the stay period).
