When you are treated really well, and are given help by the staff at a hostel, or they have gone out of thier way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, The facilites are good, the place is clean, the other people staying are nice..WE WANNA KNOW!!!!

Hostels who deserve to be given props, should get it, and have people know that they enjoy what they do, and will pass on the positive vibe to you. Share what you know with your fellow trav'las and we can all enjoy the wealth and traquility of a rock'n hostel :D

Well said, CD B) .

Backpackers, please do your part in recommending great hostels for the good of others!

It only takes a couple of minutes out of your life to do so, and by doing so, rest assured that others will sleep just a well as you did in a foreign country all because of you

Thanks!

Jorgino

Check out the website www.hostelz.com

I think this website is better than typical ratings you get at a site like hostel world, as this site has in-depth reviews and pictures. Plus, if you stay at one of the places that has yet to be reviewed and you take some pics of it and write a review, they will pay you for it.

ibjacquesnel,

I actually do not know of a cheap hostel in Toronto, or can't give a review on the hostels in the Toronto area, as I have never stayed at any of them. There are a whole wack of Hostels and B&B's to pick from in the Travelpunk search engine Travelpunk Hostel Search Engine If you can not find one that you like, let me know and I will try and make a trip down to some of the hostels to check them out for ya! ( no promises though )

As for money, Toronto is expencive by city standards I would have to say 50$ on the low side for a day, NOT including lodging, and 75$ a day on the high side. That will get you into attractions, transit, food, and some time in the pubs.

Thumbs up

Where is this list to which I can add my recommendations? I'd like to help my fellow travellers with my experiences.
