Default Sleeping in Airports, reviews and comments

So, since I am ending my trip spending the night in an airport, I was googling, and came across this site. Good stuff here www.sleepinginairports.com

Yeah I think I've posted that before. Definitely a quality site.

Yeah, this is awesome! I used it to check about Stansted Aiport when I went to England. I liked the tip about getting one of the few rows of seats without arm rests. I was miserably sick as a dog at the time so I snagged one and lay down at like 8pm with my sleep mask and earplugs, my jacket as a blanket. No worries about looking insane, everyone else was too.
As soon as I got off at 4:30am, someone else grabbed it...they were all pretty envious of my lying down-ness. Some people were in very crazy uncomfortable positions. Next time I think I'd sleep on the floor rather than sitting bolt upright hemmed in on both sides by armrests!

This site is also useful to see if you actually CAN sleep at the airport... for example, Ryanair flights to the Netherlands land at eindhoven which has a dodgy little airport that shuts at night.

I slept up against a shoe store in the stansted airport....i used my sleep sack, but since it was silk, it was FREEZING since the floor was cold...it wasnt the most comfortable sleep, but id definitely do it again...my favorite place to sleep at stansted was under the advertisement poster things, but those are prime spots and always taken when i was there!

Yeah I slept at Gatwick and at some point someone had warned me not to attempt sleeping on the main floor but to head upstairs and grab the seats that are up there... pretty darn comfy.
