Have you been under a lot of stress or is there some kind of change at work or in your life that is effecting your normal body routines? Sometimes when you have a sudden change in the chemistry of your body it's your body's way of tell you something is up that it's not used to. It might also be a build up of toxins and salts with in your body due to dehydration... try increasing your water intake.
