Back in march this year I booked a flight to the U.K through flight centre in bay village on the central coast.I used my debit visa card to pay for the flight. When I went to get travellers cheques with the remaining money in the visa debit account I found I was short on cash for what I needed. After investigation I found that Qantas had taken an extra $75 dollars from my account without any type of agreement or warning,I was informed it would be debited back to my account within a week.I was told the reason they had helped themselves to my cash was to cover any rising costs. The cash could not be returned upon my demand as it was on its way to Germany. In this day and age of hi-tech in could not be returned. It seems my representitves flight centre could not help either(albiet they had just taken over $2100 from me).Be warned ! if you are going to use these two companys using plastic your hard earned cash could go missing without any choice on your behalf. :jawdrop:
