I have been planning this trip for months and I just made hostel reservations and bought my Eurail pass, WHOO_HOO!!!!!!

I'm leaving May 17th for two weeks, my first time backpacking, yay!

Should I also purchase my Eurostar ticket before I leave or wait until I get there?

Thats awesome! Now the countdown begins lol As for the eurostar I would personally book it ahead, but i dont think you'll have any trouble getting one once your in london either. Good Luck!

If you can book it the Eurostar ahead, you may as well. If not, you'll be there just before the June rush of tourists so you should be fine.

It all depends on how prepared you want to be.

Traveling in May/June is sooooo much better and less congested than July/August. I have done both and waaaaaayyyyyyy prefer May/June.

But at the end of the day, anytime of the year is a good time
