My old Chef and I were drinking some beers tonite and we conspired to perhaps go visit where our respective families are from in Ireland... and now I'm wondering any decent sites for cheap flights. So far, I've found $670 PP round trip on Air Canada to Dublin. We're looking 1st-2nd week in August. Kinda spur of the moment, I know, but hell, those are the best trips!

Any suggestions? Familiarity with Air Canuck would be nice too. We're gonna fly from BWI or Dulles (IAD) over, and as few stops as possible...

:D

Problem is Aer Lingus is around the same amount as Air Canuckia and they don't fly out of Baltimore anymore... I'd have to drive to Dulles (over an hour away) and catch connecting flights at any number of airports...

Air Canada sounds like a better idea, but for some reason I keep picturing the pilots being the McKenzie Brothers

Try flights to london then catch one of those really cheap ryanair flights to Dublin. You can get them for as little as 1 euro if you time it right (IE middle of the week). London is one of the cheapest places to fly into. Hope this helps!
