guys when ur on the road internet is so god damn expensive - try the library, its usually in the centre of town and free
some places give you the first half hour free then charge while others let u login repeatedly if no ones waiting..pretty good

That's right urOZm8. When I was studying in Fort Lauderdale the school didn't have enough computers and the laboratory was always full. Then a friend told me about the library. It was free and I didn't have to wait a long time to use the computer. That was the only way I found to keep in touch with my family/friends.

Yes, true - particularly in smaller towns. But, in larger cities, there are more net cafes and the fewer libraries are harder to find, though.

Yeah it';s so stressful being in internet cafes. I mean you have limited time and then ya have to email all your family and friends, look up travel info, go to tp.com, update your travel site...okay that's what I have to do . But it get's friggin stressful! gosh. I'm going to be spending most of my budget in these darn cafes. But yes good advice try the library. But you usually have to book. So it can't be a spontaneous thing.

Knowing that I wont have that much internet time while I'm traveling... I'm planning on keeping things written down in my journal (prewrites of letters to fam and friends, blog updates, etc.) So when my time on the computer comes I'll just have to copy ... not compose. I dont know if it will really save me that much time... but thats my plan anyway.
