Try countries which do not have their currency pegged to the Euro. In Eastern Europe you have Serbia, Albania, Macedonia, Ukraine, Moldova or Turkey (most of the others are all pegged at a fixed rate). Or the Pound has been falling a lot recently so the UK is no worse exchange rate wise than a year a go. Or try cheaper Euro countries like Spain as opposed to the likes of France.
Otherwise you have many cheap destinations in Asia and parts of the Middle East.
