Hey all,
I am looking to take a trip through Italy in hopes of learning classic italian cooking. My group consists of 8 people and we would be going for about a week. We want to avoid the big cooking schools and want to focus on some intimate lessons from an authentic italian home, not some chef for a restuarant. for example, maybe join a lady at her home kitchen for hands-on instructions on how to cook her favourite dish. The next day we might go to another place to learn how to cook fresh pizza in an old stone outdoor oven. This is jsut an example, I am open to suggestions. Does anyone know of any places that could help me?
Thanks,
Ryan
