I don't know if it's in response to Michael Moore's little commentary on allowing lighters on planes in Fahrenheit 911, but...

TSA Bans Lighters

So as of April 14, take some matches with you. Of course, I've never had problems just sticking my contraband lighters in my carry-on before getting on a plane(butane lighters had always been illegal in some places), but just know that you're at risk of losing that $.39 Bic or $25 Zippo.
