And unfortunately the rest of the world (outside of Japan, Canada and the US) uses 240v/50Hz which gives you a bit more of a jolt than our 120/60Hz.

If my old eyesight serves me right, it looks like that breaker says 30A, and I am assuming it's 240v. So yeah, you would definitely feel a nice jolt from that.
I wish I could show that picture to a guy I worked with in Michigan... he would go on a good 45 minute rant about that.

aw man, i totally miss the fears of being electrocuted every time i showered in CR. i used one everyday for about 3 weeks and never got zapped once. but then again it was pretty neatly done and looked NOTHING like that one in the picture :D but yea, i could imagine that a zap from one of those would be rather unpleasant.
