will I still get the same amount of saving with an International Youth Travel Card as an International Student Identity Card? I won't be a student next year, so I'll probably have to go with that card.

I haven't been a student in years and I still get the ISIC card. I've used it all over western Europe and it is sold and recognized world wide. So, I can vouch first hand on the ISIC card ;) .

As for the other, I can't say much about the other option because I'm not familiar with it.
