How long for the west coast of america?
I'm thinking about doing a tour of the west coast next summer (LA, san francisco San Diego, seattle and possibly one more place) and was wondering if 4 weeks was enough??

You could definitely do it in 4 weeks, I think. Use budget airlines so you don't have to travel so much, if you can.... oh and if I can recommend one more place its Portland, Oregon... my hometown

I spent 2 weeks in LA, San Francisco and San Diego. I found that was plenty of time. I split it as 6 nights in San Francisco (though it was so great, I could have stayed longer), 4 nights in San Diego (again, probably could have spent longer there) and 3 nights in LA (wouldn't have wanted any more time, unless I'd have gone and stayed out by the beaches, rather than in the city).
I reckon 4 weeks should be a good amount of time.

Yeah SF is amazing, I'm planning on spending 1 week out of 4 there! I'm thinking about squeezing a few nights in vegas as well. But I have to orginise it with the other half first.
Glad to see you're feeling a bit better today!

Thanks lovey!
I would have liked to go to Vegas, but thought it probably wasn't the best idea when on a tight budget! That's one for when I have lotsa cash! Then it's all going on black!

^ I think you can do vegas pretty cheap if you time it right. For example, Sunday - Thursday usually cost 30-40 GBP for 5 star places.
