Ok guys...
The time has come... Tomorrow morning is the day that i will hand in my resignation letter.
I was going to give notice this morning (April 1st) but thought that i may not have been taken seriously.
So, tonight ill probably be a mess, tomorrow night ill be that drunk/happy i will probably explode, and then ill have to front back up to work on saturday morning for a couple of hours.
So, wish me luck, cuz ill bloody well need it. My boss is going to go nutz.

goodluck! yeah it's been almost three weeks now. I love not working! I don't miss my job at all. i'm glad that I decided to end my job earlier, cuz i have so much to do. My trip is so close yet i haven't got anything ready. Iamlindoro should come back and help me get organized!( i think he had that under control!) Yeah my boss was surprised when i handed my res. in. I think everyone thought of me as a "lifer"..yeah right suckers. Goodluck ozpacka! when is your departure date?

I started a job in October and they pretty much knew from the start that I was going because I told them straight up, so luckily, I don't really need to do the whole giving notice thing. Unfortunately, I've actually become really attached to the people there.... I'm going to find it really hard to say goodbye to them  But we've all agreed it's just a great excuse for a party!  
My manager spent over 10 years backpacking around the world, another girl I work with was away 4 years and the girl in charge of marketing has done lots of 1 month+ trips everywhere. So my workmates have actually been an awesome source of info and inspiration!! And I've been told there will always be a job there for me when I come back which is nice of them

May 7th is departure...
will be 5 weeks to the day tomorrow.
