Ok I could not sleep and I came up with an idea I had to post. After reading all these posts all of you put up here I though what kind of trip could we plan together. Now I am not talking about just Europe. I am talking the most extreme back packing trip ever. This would be a around the world trip that can last no longer than 2 years. We will make the starting point Dublin, Ireland. The next stop is up to all of you. I am really curious to see what all your creative minds may come up with. The only think I ask is to give a reason for each stop. Even if it is stupid as I got laid there and want to see if I can again. Give some reason.

Ok T-Punk what is you dream around the world trip??

Ok, are you going to go on this trip? Or is this just to have fun planning something and wishing we could all go on this?
Are we moving eastward (because that makes the most sense)? And if so, can I vote we start on the west coast of Ireland, around the ring of Kerry and then move to Dublin? Because the west coast is just so beautiful. Ok, enough of the techicalities for now. This should be fun...

Actually the cool part is yes I am going to use the advice from this to plan out my trip. An I do completely agree with you on starting on the coast. It is the most logical place to start this trip.

Ok, after BASE jumping off the Cliffs of Moher (har!), I say we point the expedition up to Edinburgh, if only because I haven't been there. We can walk the Royal Mile, pubcrawl down Princes Street, sample some whisky, put down enough Innis & Gunn to paralyze an elephant, and wear kilts, all while walking around talking like Spud from Trainspotting.

Then we board some form of transpo for....

Ireland sounds good to me since I have not touched that part of land, that will be a good starting point.

Can Egypt be part of this trip, I have always been wanting to go to Egypt to check out the pyramids and just see that culture.

My Idea was to run down the western side of Europe. Then go into Africa, come back up through eastern Europe. Into Russia, and over to Asia, then end up in OZ. Any one have something better??

Don't forget some island hoping in the Med. Sunshine, beautiful people, clothing optinal throughout many beachs - what a dream!

Oh, and stop on by Jakarta while we are out and about.

And another oh, can we hit up Lana'i, Hawaii to dive the Cathedral? I hear its lovely, but haven't made it out that way yet.

And some seriously crazy treking in Peru (don't forget the caves... and if you time it right you can hop on over for Carnival in Rio and the Carribbean).
