Adam's page

When I came here on vacation a couple years ago, I went on the very same tour. I have a picture of me on the bull that Adam was on and a picture of me with that same snake around my neck. I have been to these waterfalls three times since then, in fact, I wrote about my day in my DR blog. I had heard about a little boy that died at these falls and that he was from Ontario as well. That was Adam.

I wanted to share it with you guys...just if anything as a human interest story. This kid had a real future ahead of him and to die at such a young age is tragic. I went through each and every page of this site and it brought tears to my eyes. He looks like a special boy.

I never met him or anyone in his family.

That is just so terrible... to read the experience through a father's words... it was just so sad. How our lives can change in a flash... I'm glad they were a close family and that at least they got to share so much time together.

Thanks Benna for sharing this with us! I bet it must have hit close to you because u actually go to see so many things that this family has. It vertainly puts our lives (or at least mine) in a whole new perspective.
