I have fallen in love with a little kitten. She and her sister and brothers were orphaned at two weeks old when their mom was hit by a car. A friend from the Dive center has been raising them ever since. I have been wanting to get a pet for awhile, so yesterday was as good a day as any.
She is 10 weeks old and playful as anything. In fact, she doesn't sleep at night. Her name is Luna.

We should make this a poll, I'd vote for Teriyaki Style on a bed of rice. Probably with a dry white wine. :D
I'm sorry, She is very cute.

Here be the problem, Duke. Cat is a very tough meat, even the fat lazy varieties. So the proper cooking method is usually braising. For kitten, because its usually more tender should be sliced thin and properly tenderized. (Think scallopini.) For that matter, teriyaki and rice is reticent of Chinese food. As much as I enjoy a good kung pao, I'm thinking the teriyaki flavor is a bit strong and would overpower the subtle nuances of kitten flavor.
I'm going for simple- scallopini sauteed with capers and lemon juice, slight touch of butter. Kitten Piccatta!
(Brookie, I love ya! )

Who am I to argue with a certified Kitchen Pirate?
My mouth was watering as I read that. Does that make me a bad person?

I swear the Chinese I ate yesterday was some form of cat or dog... ugh!
She's a cutie Brooke.... I'm not a fan of kittens (or puppies) but I love them when they hit adult stage....

I have been accused of having a one-track mind. Its actually multi-tracked (think Sir George Martin)... and is as follows in no particular order:
Food
Sex
Booze

I'm not a cat fan, but I think the kitten is cute and so is the lady holding the kitten.

Sure, I mad cat eating jokes and I feel bad about that. I did however draw the line at pussy jokes, and for that I am proud.
