anybody tried in other countriessssss? i had some in USA, but i am pretty sure it aint like what they got overr in franceee or any other countries that come close

oh um also can you guys tip me on what would be a daily budget for backpacking france; on a budget, but still wouldn't mind trying little bits of france w/ little bit of good cheese, maybe share one dish of hearty french lunch with my mate, try legit absenth, not all in one day of course. but u know , picnic and all that would be lovely and def will do w/ tasting, n trying lil bit of france on budgett.
any estimateee?"

No, I have only had absinthe here. I bought the bottle in Ireland, does that count? Word to the wise "Do not drink too much of it"!!!!!!!!!! Me and my buddy had the worst hang-overs of our lives. We are not newbies to drinking. He is a big time home brewer and I am a big time taster/brewer.

lol ^^^ that looks like fun! my American absinthe experience wasn't too hot the next day either... I brought some back from EU but haven't had the guts to down it after what happened with the the first encounter.

In my days before I was with child, I was able to put some away... We bought a bottle of American absinthe and did it up right, cut it with water, did the melted sugar (my box came with my very own absinthe spoon) and SHEWWWWWWWWWWWW what a night. I won't even begin to elaborate on that night, but let's just say the next morning I had the mild panic attack as soon as I woke up... "where am I? where is my purse? where is my phone? who did I call?"
I don't enjoy nights like that, where I remember nothing after 10pm so I doubt I will be partaking in the EU version.
