hey im off to amsterdam in a couple of days. someone at work told me that i should take advantage and purchase a diamond there. she said they are very inexpensive in amsterdam for various reasons i cannot remember anymore. anyone know if this is true? if so wheres a good place to shop?

I've never heard that. I doubt there's much in amsterdam (esp this time of year) that's cheaper there than here.
