Blame it on the Alcohol

Okay so Alcohol is a dear friend of mine, we've had some good, nay great times together, his always been there to help me dance and has always been my wingman when it comes to picking up.

However me and Alcohol like any good friends, have had our bustups over the years.

So this is the thread to post about the times where alcohol has tried to ruin your life.




Okay so it was about 6 months ago, and i had to go interstate to attend a mates 21st. I'd visted my mate at Uni a few times and had got to know his group of friends fairly well. So anyway, im sitting around chatting to a few of them when this gorgeous blonde sits down next to me. I had no idea who she was, but she introduced herself and told me we had met last time i visited, we chatted for a while and got on well, i'd had a few and my mate Alcohol ensured i was full of confidence and all in all the life of the party.
My mates dragged me away to do a speech and partake in a few drinking games, so i told her what club we were headin to, and she told me to save her a dance and she gave me her number.............it was all going to plan

On the way to the club my mate tell's me that the blonde comes from a rich family, A RICH FAMILY, her dad is the 4th richest guy in Australia, he also tells me that the blonde has a reputation for being a devil in the sack.......i could barely contain myself

So anyway we get to the club, i'm already pretty loose, and cause its my mates 21st, his well known and im in his inner circle, i'm getting many a cheap drink. im right off by this stage but still keeping it together. I see my blonde and she drags me onto the dancefloor, everything is a blur of colour by now, but in moments we are kissing. She invites me back to her place, but says she has to tell her friends she's leaving, so i head over to my mates for high fives all round, they shove two shots infront of me and wish me luck.

Now i made a quick trip to the toliet and then met up with her, though something was wrong, she told me she had to stay with her friend and she was giving me wierd looks, then she walked off.

My mates were pissed with me, especially my mate whose birthday it was, he didn't even want to talk to me, unless it involved absusing me

I couldn't figure out what happened???????????????????



Anyway the next morning i wake to my mates roomate giigling, she had brough me some water and told me i look like sh*t.
She then explained what happened the night before, it turns out that after my high fives and two quick shots, i went to the toilet and spewed everywhere, considering i was so drunk i could barely stand, i had managed to get half of it down the front of my shirt, then i went back to my blonde with spew breath and and spewy shirt and of course the romance ended.


Alcohol had struck again....................Alcohol had potentially ruined my life.
Who knows? by now i could have married into money and been in bed with a hot blonde each night.....................................oh the pain
