So Wyz and I are of to the gold coast for a week. does anyone know anything we could do in the evenings that doesn't revolve around going sown to the local to get drunk? were not really into the drinking/ clubbing thing.

That's a tough one. Coming from a tourist who stayed there a couple days last year....it seems that drinking is the main focus......many bar crawls and the like. They have some amusement parks there......not sure how late they are open....but that could be an option. Maybe a dinner cruise?

Is dreamworld open at night? Or what about all those other theme parks. That would be fun.
Other than that I'm not too sure. I did the typical club thing when I was there.
I think they have night time markets on as well.

well, we're back.
turns out after walking 10+ km's a day (theme parks are fun) we were pretty much too tired to do anything in the evenings anyway.
Stayed 7 nights in a resort ($100 for a week in an apartment on the 16th floor. niiiice). and 1 night in a hostel - the hostel was a lot more fun
although the spa in the resort was nice after all that walking too

oh - and the parks all closed at 5.
