It was pritty special. I went with a group of people from uni. Sitting up somewhere which was higher than I thought possible with out actually flying was unbelievable. Your quote rang very true, it was not the mountain that I conquered but the fear and less than positive feelings inside me. Gave me time to think about what was important to me. Strongly reccoment it to anyone. Climb to the top of the closest mountain and sit there for a few minutes. :D

OK here's me, you can't resally see me in it, and my hair looks funny-it was a windy day. But, since I havenm't gotten around to hooking up my scanner-its the most recent pic of me that I have.
Ignore the size of my feet-it was the camera angle-they really aren't that big in real life.

Oooh, and the pic was taken in April, in Edmonton, when I met Myles for the first time, a month before he came to live with us.

OK-that one was taken a few years ago. And yes, that is my real hair. I had it in braids while we toured the Gulf Island and northern BC. Got boren on Saltspring and dyed it turquoise in the public bathroom

Here's the one of Mylo and I
