Talking

Ok I have seen Manchester United 4 times here in the states but have always dreamed of seeing them play at home. I was hoping there may be some T-Punks out in England who could give me some advice on getting tickets to the Man U vs. Liverpool game. Now I know these tickets are like asking for gold from a begger but I really want to try. Any advice would be appreciated!! Ohhh an if any one gets me a way to get a ticket I will be willing to pick them up one as well for all their trouble on me!!!

RA MAN UTD just typical another "foreigner" supporting a team like that, did you know the majority of man utd fans dont even live in manchester!

LONG LIVE THE REDS!!!!!

Yes thats right liverpool fc are my team

oh in answer to your question they are bloody hard to get cos man utd are our arch rivals, all tickets usually go to season ticket holders first and then on general sale, although i am not condoning ticket touts this may be yr only chance to get a ticket for this game, a better possibility may be getting a ticket for the champions league as i always manage to get tickets for liverpool this way

Question

Beergal,

Just as an FYI I do love Man Utd but my true love is the Chicago Fire They are a MLS team here in the states. I do watch liverpool an they are a very good team. Mainly I love the game, the only team I stay true to is my Chicago Fire. If you are ever in town let me know, I have 50 yard line tickets and always looking for a new person to come along.

Back to the point, thank you for your input. I really hope I can get a ticket while I am out there to any game. I would like to see a Liverpool game as well. I will be there next summer so if you are game let me know.

Hey guys,

I'm planning to be in Europe next summer as well, and I'm also a huge soccer fan! My favourite team in the world is AC Milan, however also love watching the Premier League in England. For some reason I've always liked Blackburn, however they've unfortunately gone down hill the last couple of seasons.

Beergal, what u think of Owen going to Madrid? He apprently played well in the season opener last night and set up their only goal. Too bad about your reds against Bolton.

Crious, haven't seen you around too much, what's your age/sex/location. Have you travelled much in the past?

Anyways, chat soon

Aussie Guy,

I am 22 year old male from Chicago, IL. I have traveled all my life and used to be an exchange student in High School.

Now back to something interesting. I will actually be down under after I backpack Europe. My goal is some time at the end of the summer of "06. I am planning on trying to see most of Australia then go and live in New Zealand for a year.

im glad that owen has gone, its about time! Cant see the point of basing yr whole team on one player who may get injured and be out for the rest of the season!? We were robbed yesterday, dont even get me started on linesmen

hehehe, sorry it seems i hit a nerve there beergal!!

Didn't see the game, so have no idea whether you were actually robbed or you're just a one-eyed supporter who always blames the linesmen.

In saying that, they can be terrible and I'll probably guess you are serious and telling the truth.

Mike,

The match you want to attend is a very high-profile match.
But like anything else, if you're really up for it, there are always a few sites out there that sells match tix to heavy matchups such as yours.

Of course the only catcher is the price to pay for such an event.

If you're still interested in this avenue, I know a name or two who can help.

However, may I suggest that you join a ManU supporters club - there must be trillions out there.

Start there - the folks there will be able to assist you better.

cheers,
-r

P.S. - but for cryin' out loud - why Man U ???!!
(haha - j/k !)
