So i was riding my bike in a group ride sunday and we covered 58 miles.
We were pace lining at 30 mph when apparently my bike wheel popped I made it out of the group so I didnt take anyone with me. But I pretty much landed on my face on the highway at 25-30 mph. I bit through my top lip and had to get stitches. I am going to have to strip and rebuild my bike maybe replace the wheels and handle bars.

Damn Court, I feel for ya, My mom in law, went over her handle bars into a brick wall at high speed and had to have reconstructive surgery. She still rides though

damn man, that's brutal. hope it heals pretty quickly. I met an aussie in switzerland who wrecked his bike twice (once drunk, the other time in the rain) and knocked out a bunch of his front teeth both times.
