London (or England) Couch-crash Needed!!

Hey guys, so my flight to England is booked and ready for me to start teaching. I fly Dec 29th and Arrive Dec 30th in London..

this is where the trouble starts..

It means I have to be in London for New Years Eve, which would be cool if all of my friends weren't moving back to Ontario, leaving me with no place to stay.

Hostels run at about $70-100 Canadian for the night and I just can't afford that. I'm coming off a year in Aus and have ZERO money..

Anyways.. I'm here to beg and plead for a safe spot to crash for two nights... I don't mind if it's a floor... couch... room... as long as I'm not on the streets.

I still have a couple options available in terms of cousins ect but really don't wanna pull those strings as it may cause a rip in the fam.

Anyways if you guys have any ideas that would be phenominal.. I'll keep the hostel idea in mind but would really prefer not to have to pay those rediculous prices.

I wish I could help you out, but by that time I'll be out of the London-area and back up in Birmingham, and at work. Not too sure what to suggest really, I'm sorry!

You should try couchsurfing.com .. that might be your best bet for a free place to stay.
