Hey guys, my family has some relatives in Italy that own a winery and I want to try and track the winery down while I am over in Italy. Can anyone help me translate this address?

The second line is the street address in this case 21C Via Serra (Serra St.)
Don't know Fraz. San Giuseppe (something St. Joseph)
CAP is the Italian postal/zip code
Castagnito is the city and the CN is the code for the Cuneo providence in the Piedmont region.

I would say that "Fraz. San Giuseppe" is probably "The village of Saint Joseph". Frazione is village, so that makes sense to me...

Thanks, I think I found it on Map Quest. It looks to be about 35 miles southeast of Torino in Northern Italy...San Giuseppe looks to be a town or village right next to Castagnito.
