so i went to oktobefest back in 2002, and had to stay in Augsburg (last minute plan, rented a car and went). i'd much rather stay in munich this time, but already it seems hotels are expensive and hostels booked.
anyone have advice on how to do it? is there a campground and how does that work?
thanks! and also, anyone planning to be there in 2006? im also planning to go to the beer festival in stuttgart that takes place right after oktoberfest! (all during my year long world voyage)
