For the first 3 weeks in May I'm going to Europe. Flying in to London to see my sister, but shortly after that we're going to Denmark/Copenhagen to visit family. I know my way around DK fairly well, but once I'm done there I want to go to new places.

I'm thinking Amsterdam, France/paris.
I would like to see AMsterdam for sure, that's a no brainer, but I'm not sure where to stay/what to do? I've heard of Blind Pig or something like that, hostels that aren't bad. What should I do while I'm there though?
I'd like to see Paris too, but if there is something better in France...like maybe Monaco, I'd consider that.

Also what about spain. I thought about that, but it seems like it might be too far to wander and still have time to have fun and make it back to UK to fly out.

Any info would be great, thanks guys.

Yeah.. Amsterdam rocks the nizzal.. It's called The Flying Pig.. They have 2 in A'dam (The Flying Pig Downtown is where I always stayed) and 1 Called The Flying Pig Beach Hostle about an hour out side of the city on the beach. I stayed at the Beach one too..

They are awesome if you like to party.. But if you don't, then you should go to... uhhh... I don't know.. a church? Who goes to Amsterdam and does not like to party?! The Flying Pig was pretty cool, however, there was an ass load of yanks (aka - americans) just smoking out and never leaving the hostle... The place is cool.. but not THAT cool.. there is loads to see in A'Dam.. Just walking around is cool in its self.. go walk the RLD, cafe hop, take a boat tour... If you stay at the beach one and you smoke, make sure you bring some with you from Amsterdam cause the town the beach hostle is in does not have any coffee shops (NO COFFEE SHOPS = NO BUD). It is way more relaxed and mellow at the beach hostle .. so It was nice for about a day.. then it started to get a little too mellow.. So I went back to Amsterdam..
all the people at the beach hostle are awesome though..
