So I've definitely never been to Amsterdam and so I've certainly never been to the red light district. However I am planning on being over there sometime this summer. I've been asking around and most people have said that the experience is a must, but I talked to a guy that was born around there and he warned me that if I stepped foot in that area it would more than likely lead to my demise. (I think I'm going anyway )

the red light district is just something different from what we don't have here, its something you just have to see with your own eyes.

I thought it was kind of a trip to see all those prostitutes just there in a little room waiting for someone to pay for sex. And there's a variety of them too, skinny, fat, mid. ect......

Just go check it out, it won't hurt you at all.

I know I will have to go see it when I get over there... but I don't think I will be a paying customer. That just kind of irks me to pay someone to have sex with me. I am good enough to get it for free... but not quite good enough to have someone pay me for it.

Well, I think it's a 'must see' really. I just wouldn't reccomend paying for some of them. Also, be careful if you do, because I've heard of terrible stories, that they mug you. And theres fuck all you can do about it if you do get mugged, because their pimp will just get you beaten you up if you try to grumble about it.

But, if I were going, I'd check the place out, and I'd go to a sex show! Part of the tourist attraction!!!They have some seriously sick shows though! I think that I'd just giggle like a little girl at them! Like seeing a biology book for the first time, and seeing what a naked guy looks like. I just giggled!

naked guys are totally icky. but yeah i think sex in the red light district is probably out of the question for myself. from what i hear it's basically paying to get some horrible disease. the sex shows sound interesting, though. all i really know about those is what i saw on Eurotrip. i think i'd probably giggle like a little girl, too

Here's my tip. I've never been but my friend went and had this experience to tell...

If you buy a HasH Cookie... ONLY BUY ONE... they take like 15 mins to kick in but when they do.. wow...

my buddy didn't feel anything so he ate 3!!! and he's a big guy but was still totally zonked for a long time... his tour bus almost took him to the hospital!

I just remember watching an old episode where robit smith from the cure turned into a giant butterfly and defeated mega streisand to save the planet...

but yeah, apart from that, dont know much about the cure. Just one song on the Crow Soundtrack. (a killer movie by the way, and so is fight club which im about to watch again for the millionth time.)

I was never much into The Cure, but always respected them as musicians. They had a few songs I could groove to, but just not my style I guess.
