On average how many days did/do you spend in each country around Europe? I know it all depends on each country you go, so I want to set up a little survey.

How many days do you recommend I should spend in the following countries?

Denmark (I have free accommodation here)
Norway (I have free accommodation here)
Iceland
Sweden
Finland
Holland (I have free accommodation here)
Belgium (I have free accommodation here)
Germany

I think it will depend on how much time you have for your over all trip...For someone trek'n for a year time is one your side, but fr me, my schedule sucks ass and I am limited on my time in each country, but i do make the best of it...so personally for me 2-3 daysis my target for each city.

Good point CD, I have 3-4 months. So far I am looking at 7-10 days in the smaller countries and 2-3 weeks in the bigger ones.

Like CD, time unfortunately dictates how long I can spend in a country. MOST European countries you could probably spend months in and still not see everything you wanted...
