I have heard from a couple of people here at home that there is a new law that prohibits foreigners from partaking the luxury of the weed smoking laws that Amsterdam is know. for!? Can anyone confirm or deny this for me?

I read this Amsterdam Drug Laws - TheSite.org
and it does not say anything about it being illegal for tourists now but to be honest I am not sure.

What ev man.... Your local friends have no idea what they are talking about!!! Get to the Dam and enjoy the fantastic flavors offered. Stay away from the Bulldog coffeeshops though.... yeah that would ruin their tourism. Check out Stones too. There is a Stones coffee shop and bar on the same street. Good times.
